Shipping & Returns
Please read each product description for the approximate time that your item will ship. Going forward most of our items are ready to ship in the USA and will ship out within 1-2 business days. We will explicitly state shipping times for each product in the product description, however, so there is no uncertainty when ordering.
Dresses in the Formal-Wear or Party/Holiday Dresses Collection are shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in the USA so these items can be expected quickly.
Pre-orders typically take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive depending on the season and if the pre-order is in-stock with our supplier or if it is a custom order (the estimated time of arrival will be clearly stated in the product description upon ordering).
Some items are shipped from our fulfillment center overseas and can take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive to you. Shipping times for these items are clearly stated in the product description upon ordering.
We are located in Missouri, but we work with suppliers that we have had a long-time relationship with overseas that will ship directly to you. These items may ship separately from the rest of your order and make take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive to you.
Some of the items you order will ship separately. For these items, they are in different fulfillment centers (you will receive a tracking number for each).
$4.50 Flat-Rate Shipping (U.S. Only). Includes APO addresses.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
So that we can offer a large selection at amazing prices, we cannot accept returns for money back (store credit only).
We can only offer STORE CREDIT (or an exchange when possible).
Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of tracking showing as delivered.
Please be sure to refer to the size chart or let us know if you have any questions on sizing before ordering if you are unsure.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must obtain a tracking number for reference.
Before attempting a return/exchange, contact us. If you do not contact us prior to a return/exchange, we will mark your package "Return to Sender" and we will not be responsible for any lost postage fees you incurred.
Gift cards, sale/clearance items, and items won in a giveaway are not available for returns/exchanges.
FORMAL-WEAR DRESSES OR STYLES IN OUR PARTY/HOLIDAY DRESSES COLLECTION ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE. PLEASE REFER TO SIZE CHARTS BEFORE ORDERING. WE ARE CONFIDENT YOU WILL LOVE YOUR DRESS AS WE HAVE CARRIED THIS BRAND SINCE 2013!
